The ELC of Duval's Child Care Resource & Referral Department will discuss how they are the "front door" to the ELC of Duval. They help families find affordable, high-quality child care and connect them to community resources. They provide customized lists of child care providers, offer guidance on choosing quality child care, and assist with applications for financial assistance.
